We’re looking for a sweet, fun and responsible caretaker to help with our 7 month old daughter, Marlowe. She is quite active and loves crawling, pulling to stand, and playing during wake windows. Flexibility is a huge plus. Option to pick up and flex days or offer half days and date nights too! Key contributions: - understanding of wake windows and how to adjust the schedule of the day as needed - confident with nap time and putting baby down - confident in baby led weaning with solids - high energy and engaging but also sweet and patient - vaccinated / CPR certified - okay with a cat in the house
