About this nanny job

Hello! We are Ben and Lindsay, parents to Henry (7 months). Lindsay is a full time stay at home mom and broke her foot this week, leaving her unable to fully care for Henry on her own. We are looking for a short-term, part-time mother’s helper to assist with childcare and light housework at our home in Inner Sunset starting on March 9. Preferred dates/times are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 9am to 5pm but we can potentially be flexible with days/times for the right fit. Duration is likely 6-8 weeks depending on Lindsay’s recovery time. Willing to consider shorter term if you can start next week. Responsibilities: - Caring for 7 month old baby alongside me, including carrying up/down stairs, diaper changes, handing him off to me for contact naps, play, stroller walks, etc. - ⁠assisting me with basic tasks like carrying things for me and being my right hand person - ⁠Light housework during naps to include dishes, laundry, light food prep (ie: heating up lunch), feeding our dog (we have a sweet Goldendoodle who will be home with us) We’re looking for someone responsible, experience working with infants, and to bring a positive and warm energy to our home during this challenging time.
