About this nanny job

We're seeking a warm, attentive, experienced nanny for our infant ( born Nov 2025). We live in Cap Hill. We are a family of 4 and my partner is at work all day + our 4-year-old is in preschool. I work from home (occasionally out for appointments and errands), so comfort working alongside a present parent in a collaborative, communicative environment is important. Afternoon support Mon - Thursday (flexible for some Fridays) 15-25 hrs/week (3-5 days a week, still exploring) generally 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. (some flexibility on time). We value responsive, respectful caregiving that follows babys cues, supports independent floor play, outdoor walks, and a calm, predictable rhythm. (RIE Parenting principles!). Infant experience required; CPR/First Aid preferred. Light meal prep and simple housekeeping (dishes, laundry) appreciated but not required.
