MORNING NANNY & HOUSEHOLD HELPER -- INNER MISSION We are looking for a warm, experienced, and reliable morning nanny to help our family start the day. Our wonderful nanny of the last year is moving, and we are looking for someone to fill her shoes. We want someone who doesn't just tick off tasks, but who truly becomes a part of our family. OLLIE Our son is almost 3 years old, boisterous, fun, and usually awake by 6:30 AM. We need someone who can match his energy and engage with him as he grows. SCHEDULE Monday through Friday 6:15 AM to 8:15 AM (Morning routine) Plus 3 additional guaranteed hours per week for household tasks (can be done directly after the morning shift or flexibly, depending on what works best for you) RESPONSIBILITIES Arrive at 6:15 AM, empty the dishwasher, and start breakfast. Breakfast is typically a bagel or English muffin, and Ollie loves to ask for it and help you make it. Once Ollie is up, help him get dressed and ready for his day. Note: We will handle daycare drop-off, so no driving is required for this role. We will provide a weekly list of tasks to make up your remaining 3 hours. This will include things like Ollie's laundry, light meal prep or chopping fruit, organizing toys, or running quick local errands. REQUIREMENTS Reliability: Someone we can consistently count on to help start our day smoothly. Experience: Prior long-term nannying or childcare experience. Pet-Friendly: We have two friendly cats, so please be comfortable around pets.
