Looking for a full-time nanny for our two-month old daughter in San Francisco. * Start date: week 1 or 2, May 2026 * Rate: $32 to $40/hour, depending on experience * Guaranteed 35 to 45 hours per week * PTO and sick hours * Guaranteed pay during parents’ vacation Weekday hours (flexible): * Option 1: 6 am to 1 pm * Option 2: 1 pm to 8 pm Qualifications & requirements: * References from previous families * Strong knowledge of newborn care and safe sleep practices * Ability to confidently feed, burp, soothe, change diapers, and safely settle the baby back to sleep * Infant/Child First Aid & CPR certification (required) * Non-smoker * Up-to-date vaccinations * Ability to follow parents’ preferences, routines, and parenting style * Calm, patient, nurturing, and dependable personality * Strong communication skills and ability to provide daily updates on feeding, sleep, and general wellbeing * High level of trustworthiness, punctuality, and respect for family privacy Responsibilities: * Providing attentive and loving care for the baby * Following established feeding and sleep routines * Outdoor baby activities: walk in park, socialize baby with other babies * Monitoring baby for signs of discomfort, illness, or developmental needs * Maintaining a safe, calm, and clean environment for the baby * Light baby-related tasks such as: washing and sterilizing bottles, organizing baby supplies, baby laundry, keeping the nursery tidy Additional preferred experience: * Cat-sitting during vacations is a plus * Experience supporting healthy baby sleep routines * Ability to recognize early signs of discomfort or illness in infants * Experience with paced bottle feeding and soothing techniques Logistics * Location: Near 15th and Guerrero * Parking: Street parking Please reply with: * Brief description of relevant experience * Your availability for a 30-minute introductory callNanny job details
