Mother’s Helper Needed – Castro Valley (Part-Time, Minimum 16 hrs/week) We are looking for a Mother’s Helper to support our household with our 3-year-old toddler boy and 4-month-old baby girl. Hours: minimum 16 hours/week • One (1) Weekend Day (usually Saturdays) • Weekday Evenings (2-3 days/week) • Additional hours may be available Responsibilities • Engaging play and activities with our toddler • Assisting with infant care • Preparing simple children’s meals/snacks • Children’s laundry • Light tidying of children’s spaces • Helping support evening routines Requirements • 5+ years of childcare experience • Experience caring for multiple young children (infant + toddler preferred) • CPR/First Aid Certified • Non-smoker • Up-to-date vaccinations • Punctual and dependable • Reliable transportation • 2 references Language: Parents speak English but children are learning Spanish.
