Nanny / Household Support — Afternoon + Weekend Shift About Us: We are a two-parent household seeking a reliable, proactive nanny to join our childcare team alongside our existing morning nanny. This role covers afternoons and weekends for our two children: a 2.5‑year‑old boy and a 3‑month‑old baby. Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 12pm–6pm (with 12–1pm overlap as a mummy’s helper with morning nanny) Thursday evenings: 8pm–12am Saturday: 8am–6pm, with occasional evening coverage Approximately 30–34 hours weekly Flexibility is key as schedules may shift slightly week to week Role Overview: Arrive at noon for a handover from the morning nanny Manage both children through the afternoon: Toddler naps roughly 12:30–2:30pm; early hours are mainly 1:1 baby care (feeds, tummy time, naps) Post‑nap: provide snack, 15‑minute learning activity, outdoor play/class, and free play Baby follows a 3‑hour feeding schedule and typically accompanies toddler activities in stroller or carrier Complete a full household reset before leaving: Toys in correct bins, kitchen surfaces wiped, bottles cleaned Kids’ rooms tidy, diaper caddy restocked, laundry folded and put away Home should feel calm and orderly for handover to parents What We’re Looking For: Proven experience caring for infants and toddlers simultaneously Punctual, dependable, and consistent — non‑negotiable Confident driving with children (car seat knowledge, no phone use while driving) Proactive communicator — updates shared immediately, not at handover Able to follow established routines and household structure Willing to handle light housekeeping related to the children Compensation & Benefits: $25/hour 2 weeks’ holiday per year plus 8 federal holidays Occasional family travel with expenses covered No sick pay or health insurance provided Home cameras (excluding private areas) for security Social media and confidentiality boundaries required We are a structured, organised household and value clear expectations.
