About this nanny job

We are looking for a sitter to watch our amazing 3 year old and 6 month old. The job would be an irregular schedule which tracks my work schedule ( I work 48 hours on or 2 days on then 96 hours off or 4 days off). It will be two days a week moving back a day each week. Example Thurs and friday this week, Wednesday and Thurs the next week and Tuesday Wednesday the week after that. We have weekends covered as my wife will be off work. We are willing to negotiate to the right person who has the flexibility to work with this schedule. Also note that my wife works from home and will be around most days that you would be on shift to assist with questions or give you a hand! I have my schedule a year in advance and can plan out the whole year with the sitter accordingly! We only need care during the day time hours where I am on shift and my wife has to work from home. There shouldn't be any nights necessary. We are looking forward to speaking further and hope to let you be apart of our awesome family! because of the need for flexibility we are willing to negotiate a competitive pay to keep you as the primary sitter for our kiddos. Also there will be some weeks where we may need a 3rd day and some extra work opportunity along with days where there may only be one day.
