About this nanny job

We're a warm Westwood/Century City family seeking an experienced nanny for our 9-month-old son, 3-4 days/week, 8am-6pm. This isn't a "keep him fed and safe" role. If you know the difference between a 2-3-4 and 2.5-3 schedule, we'd love to meet you. You bring: 2+ years infant experience with verifiable references Working knowledge of wake windows and baby-led weaning Familiarity with gross/fine motor and early language milestones Current Infant CPR/First Aid (we'll cover recertification) ECE coursework or CDA a plus Reliable vehicle and valid license required Non-smoker Comfortable with working out of a condo and with parents somtimes WFH Day-to-day: wake window management, BLW meals, developmental floor play, narrated engagement, regular outings (Westwood, Rancho Park, library story times), and milestone tracking via shared app. Competitive pay. We communicate openly and treat caregivers with genuine respect and as family.
