About this nanny job

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Household Manager / Family Assistant to help maintain a clean, organized, and well-run home while providing occasional childcare support when needed. This role is primarily focused on household management and maintaining the daily systems that keep the home running smoothly. Key responsibilities include maintaining the home through daily cleaning and resetting of spaces, organizing household areas, managing laundry, keeping kitchens and living spaces tidy, and ensuring the home remains organized and functional throughout the day. The role may also include assisting with family needs such as preparing simple meals, managing household supplies, running occasional errands, organizing children’s belongings, and helping prepare for travel.Childcare support will occasionally be needed for our young children, including assisting with routines, supervising play, or helping parents during busy moments. Both parents work from home (and there is a full-time nanny) and value someone who is comfortable supporting the household while working alongside the family. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and takes pride in maintaining a well-kept home environment. This is a part-time (potential full-time) W-2 payroll position. Occasional travel with the family may be requested. We hope to find someone who is interested in growing with our family long-term.
