About this nanny job

Do you love dinosaurs, the solar system and bug hunting? We are a family of four in Lafayette. 5yo, 3yo, Mom, Dad and a grumpy Terrier mix. We are looking for a part-time nanny who can help in the afternoon/evenings from 3 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Mon/Tue/Wed. In August, this schedule will change to Tue/Wed/Thu, 7am-10 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. We are looking for someone who has experience navigating the needs of siblings that are close in age. Someone who is on-time, eager to instill good habits in the kids e. g. picking up after themselves (and picking up after them when needed). We encourage independence and creativity at home, with firm boundaries and rules. From past experience, the ideal nanny would be someone who is very active, loves doing science experiments and has a love for nature.
