We Are A Warm, Loving Family Looking For A Part-time Nanny To Care For Our One-year-old Daughter. Our daughter is a joyful, high-energy, curious little girl who loves to learn. She loves to read books, sing, dance, explore on walks, create art, and is constantly seeking to understand more. She is intuitive, observant, and thrives with positive energy and caregivers who genuinely enjoy interacting, teaching, and exploring with her. We are looking for someone who naturally enjoys engaging with a curious, high-energy child and will foster her love of learning and confidence through play-based learning and hands-on engagement. Medical & Safety Note: Our daughter has a rare medical condition that requires heightened safety awareness and immediate, honest communication around any falls or injuries. One parent works from a home office and is immediately available to coordinate with her medical team. This role requires a caregiver who is calm, composed, transparent, and professional. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (occasional flexibility for evening or weekend) Start Date: April 2026 Pay: $30/hour or based on experience (time-and-a-half for select holidays) Responsibilities include engaging care and play-based learning, maintaining routines, meal prep support, child laundry, light housekeeping related to the child - tidying play area, her bedroom, kitchen and main living spaces used during the day, inventory support, bath before end of day, preparing her dinner before leaving for the day and taking out trash and recycling as needed. We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, high-energy, honest, dependable, and professional, with strong communication skills. CPR/First Aid certification is required. English must be primary language. Driving our daughter is not required. We maintain a Phone-free environment during working hours (except emergency). We do not have pets. Our home is rooted in Christian values, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable supporting those values. We have been fortunate to have two wonderful women caring for our daughter who have been with us since she was born. We would have kept them with us forever if we could except they are now transitioning to support their own growing families. We hope to find someone who will bring the same warmth, care, and joy into our home.
