About this nanny job

I am looking for a nanny for my 17-month baby girl. Baby Lavanya is full of energy, loves songs and books. I am looking for someone who would like to help out this Monday evening from 2.15 to 8.15. I will treat this as an interview for a long term position every Wednesday evening. I do have a Golden Lab at home who is a big part of our life.
