About this nanny job

We are looking for a kind, patient, and organized helper to work with our 13-year-old daughter (7th grade) on homework completion, planning, and organization. She was recently diagnosed with ADHD and is working on developing stronger executive function skills. Right now she has fallen behind in several classes and needs someone who can help her get caught up while also building better habits for staying on track. This role is less about teaching subject matter and more about helping her: • Organize assignments and track deadlines • Break larger assignments into manageable steps • Stay focused during homework time • Plan what needs to be done each day • Build routines for keeping up with schoolwork We’re looking for someone who can be supportive and encouraging while also helping her stay accountable. Ideally, this person has experience with: • Middle school students • ADHD or executive functioning support • Homework coaching or tutoring Schedule: • 2 afternoons per week • About 1.5- 2 hours per session • After school (around 4:30 - 6:30pm, flexible)
