📍 Part-Time Nanny – Afternoon Position (2:00–5:30 PM, Mon–Fri) 🗓️ Start Date: May 1st We're a warm, busy family in San Francisco looking for a reliable and caring part-time nanny to join our team! We have two boys — a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old — and are looking for someone patient, organized, and comfortable supporting children with different needs. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 About Our Family Our older son (5) attends preschool. Our younger son (2) receives daily in-home therapy and is an active, happy toddler. Until now, one of us has been home full-time managing the afternoon routine while between jobs — but with a new role starting in May, we're looking for the right person to step in and keep things running smoothly for our boys. 🗓️ Schedule Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM Start Date: May 1st 📋 Daily Responsibilities 🚗 2:30–3:30 PM — School Pickup • Pick up our older son from preschool (~10 min drive from home) and bring him home • A dedicated caregiver will be at home every day from 3–7 PM to take care of him, so handoff is simple 🧒 3:50 PM — Daycare Pickup • Pick up our younger son from his daycare, just 4 blocks from home • Timing is important — he needs to be home by 4:00 PM for his daily in-home therapy session 🏠 4:00–5:30 PM — Home Support During Therapy • Stay with younger son during his in-home therapy session • Make sure he has his milk, is well hydrated, and gets timely diaper changes • Keep him comfortable and supported so therapy goes smoothly 🏥 Once a Week — Clinic Visit (OT) • On one day per week, younger son has an in-clinic occupational therapy session at a location less than 2 miles away. • Accompany him to the clinic and stay with him throughout the session to ensure it goes well 🚗 A family car will be provided for all transportation needs. ✅ Ideal Candidate • Experience with children with special needs strongly preferred • Comfortable with toddlers, including diaper changes and snack/milk routines • Reliable, punctual, and calm — timing is important in our afternoon schedule • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • Warm, nurturing, and communicative with parents 💛 This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves working with kids and wants consistent afternoon hours.
