We are seeking a warm, reliable, energetic, and motivated Part Time Nanny & House Manager to support our family. The role involves supporting household operations, managing children's care, and providing help for our daily routines. This role is ideal for a college student or someone starting their career in childcare or household support who wants experience working with a supportive, active, and fun family! We have a sweet dog who is 6. We travel occasionally for work, and love being with friends, swimming, sports, and music! Ideal candidate is: - Reliable, organized, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing household tasks, schedules, and logistics. Anticipates household and childcare needs to ensure smooth daily operations. - Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to changing routines and household needs while maintaining a positive attitude. - Patient, loving, and kind with children, while maintaining clear boundaries and providing consistent support. - Brings thoughtfulness, initiative, kindness, and integrity to the role Qualifications: Some prior experience in household support, family assistance, nannying, or a related role; entry-level folks encouraged to apply Interest or experience in cooking nutritious, kid friendly meals and meal preparation Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, routines, and multiple tasks independently Responsible, dependable, and proactive with a positive, energetic attitude Ability to build respectful and trusting relationships with children while supporting family routines and boundaries Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and comfort transporting children CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain Ability to swim Ability to pass criminal and background checks Able to provide at least 2–3 professional or personal references demonstrating reliability Example Tasks: Take lead on the family’s dinner routine, including meal planning and preparation, ensuring balanced, nutritious meals Maintain cleanliness, organization, and order in common areas, children’s spaces, and throughout the home Manage household supplies, restock, and ensure a smoothly running, well-organized home environment Manage family laundry Run errands and routine household tasks
