We are looking for a kind, energetic, and dependable caregiver to join our family starting this school year. We have two sons (ages 10 and 14) and are hoping to find a long-term partner to help our afternoons run smoothly. The Details: Consistency: Guaranteed 20 hours per week. Commitment: We’re looking for someone who can grow with us for at least a year. Location: Based in the Lafayette/Walnut Creek area. A Typical Afternoon: For our 10-year-old: School pick-ups, homework help, and keeping him engaged with activities and great conversation. For our 14-year-old: Prepping nutritious snacks and acting as a friendly "accountability partner" for his afternoon tasks. The Flow: Getting the boys to sports practices and managing the general afternoon rhythm. Our Ideal Match: You are a local East Bay neighbor with a proactive "can-do" attitude. You have your own reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and a genuine love for supporting active kids.
