Nurturing Nanny Needed for 8-Month-Old (Start ASAP) Warm, hands-on family seeking a caring, attentive nanny for our 8-month-old. Looking for someone patient and experienced with infants who enjoys engaging babies in activities that support healthy development. Responsibilities: • Provide responsive care and follow baby’s cues • Encourage safe, monitored floor/independent play and milestone-based activities • Manage naps and help connect sleep (not sleep trained) • Playtime indoors and in backyard • Baby laundry, sanitizing bottles/toys, keeping baby areas tidy Light help during naps: • Adult laundry and folding bedsheets • Light kitchen tidying and simple veggie prep Parents and grandparents are actively involved and often present, so comfort working in a collaborative family environment is important.
