Our warm, mixed-race family is seeking a dedicated and reliable professional to join our household as a long-term nanny. We're looking for a caregiver with significant experience in early childhood development to support our happy 18-month-old. SCHEDULE - Start Date: Approximately April 1, 2026. - Core Hours: Primarily 5-hour half-days, Monday through Thursday. - Extended Hours: Occasional 8-hour shifts (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) based on business demands. - Commitment: We're looking for a long-term partnership rather than temporary help. ENVIRONMENT Both parents work full-time roles, and the Father maintains a hybrid schedule. Because a parent is often present in the home, the ideal candidate must be comfortable providing dedicated care in a work-from-home environment. We have a friendly dog in the home, though no pet care is required. Safe street parking is available in our neighborhood. RESPONSIBILITIES - Developmental Care: Facilitating engaging play, learning activities, and local day trips. - Daily Operations: Managing food preparation, feeding, and strict adherence to nap schedules. - General Maintenance: Performing standard diaper changes and toddler hygiene. - Communication: Providing clear, consistent updates to parents regarding the child's daily progress. WANTED - Experience: Proven professional track record with infants and toddlers is crucial. - Credentials: Verified profile with photo and a completed background check. - References: Excellent professional references are required. - Core Competencies: Timeliness, reliability, and high-level communication skills. - Language Skills: Proficiency in Russian is a major plus but not a requirement.
