About this nanny job

We're expecting a baby girl in early April and are looking for full-time childcare starting July 6 for about six months. The schedule would be Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Beginning in January, the role will likely transition to part-time as her grandparents move to the area and she begins daycare a couple of days a week. My husband and I both work from home but have separate offices, so while we're nearby, we aim to give our nanny autonomy during the day. We're hoping to find someone with infant care experience, familiarity with Montessori-style learning, and a willingness to help with light housekeeping related to the baby. We also have two friendly dogs. Most importantly, we're looking for someone calm, nurturing, organized, and proactive. The compensation will range from $18-22 based on experience.
