About this nanny job

Hi there! We’re a family in North Scottsdale looking for a part-time nanny for our two little ones, a 32-month-old toddler and a 9-month-old baby. We try to create a calm, loving home rooted in a Montessori-inspired approach, with lots of independent play, connection, and no screen time. Our days are fairly simple and centered around the kids’ rhythms. We’re looking for someone kind, dependable, and who genuinely enjoys being with young children. Someone patient, attentive, and comfortable caring for both a toddler and a baby, and who brings a warm, steady presence into our home. For the first month or two, we’re looking for help about twice a week for 4–5 hours. Starting around May, we expect to need weekday support totaling around 30–40 hours per week, so we’d love to find someone who is open to growing into a more consistent role with our family. Responsibilities include: • Keeping the children safe and well cared for (CPR certified preferred) • Supporting daily routines like meals, diapering, and naps • Engaging the kids in age-appropriate, play-based activities • Helping with light child-related tasks (tidying play areas, cleaning up after meals, bottles, etc.) I’m often home, so we’re hoping to find someone who feels comfortable working alongside a parent and naturally supporting the flow of the day.
