About this nanny job
I’m looking for a reliable, patient, and experienced caregiver for my young child who is on the autism spectrum. This role requires someone who understands the importance of consistency, routine, and building trust over time, as my child does best with familiar faces and a structured environment. Care will involve one-on-one support, engaging in simple activities, assisting with meals, and helping manage transitions throughout the day in a calm and supportive way. Shifts will range from 6 to 12 hours depending on the day, primarily during weekdays over the summer, with some flexibility in scheduling. Experience with autism or a background in ABA, RBT work, or special education is strongly preferred. I’m looking for someone dependable, patient, and willing to build a relationship over time.
