About this nanny job

We’re looking for an experienced, warm caregiver for our nanny share with two 10-month-old girls. The share is hosted at our home in Pacific Heights. The girls get along great. They’re at a fun age: crawling, pulling up to stand, exploring everything, and starting to interact with each other. Both are easygoing and do well with calm, attentive caregivers. What the days look like - Prepping and giving bottles and solids (usually cooked by families) - Naps (roughly 2 per day, we’ll share both schedules) - Stroller walks and active play, reading, and age-appropriate exploration - Light household duties: tidying up, vacuuming, dishes, and prepping food for the girls What we’re looking for - High energy and attentiveness: someone who can keep up with two active, curious babies with lots of floor time and engagement throughout the day - Experience caring for multiple infants simultaneously in safe way - Comfort with basic baby safety and developmental milestones for the 9 to 24 month range - Reliable, communicative, and open to feedback - Someone with strong judgment who keeps both families in the loop throughout the day - CPR/First Aid certified
