About this nanny job

Our daughter Antonella is 14 months old and full of energy—she's curious, loves music, and is about to start walking! We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around toddlers and will engage with her throughout the day. The role also includes light housekeeping during nap times, so we need someone who takes pride in keeping a tidy home too. We have a friendly dog, so being comfortable with pets is a must. CHILDCARE: - Engaging, age-appropriate play and learning activities - Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and bottles throughout the day - Diaper changes, nap routine, and maintaining a safe environment - Tracking developmental milestones like first steps, new words, and motor skills HOUSEKEEPING: - General tidying and organization of living areas - Kitchen cleanup: dishes, counters, appliances, floor - Bathroom light cleaning and organizing - Laundry: washing, folding, and putting away (baby or family) - Keeping baby's areas clean, toys organized, nursery tidy IDEAL CANDIDATE: - 2+ years experience with toddlers - Enjoys both childcare and cleaning equally - Reliable, punctual, and communicative - CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified) - Comfortable with dogs Schedule is 2-3 days/week, 10-12 hours total. Days are flexible. Pay is $25-30/hr depending on experience, with room to go higher for someone who excels at both roles. We're looking for a long-term fit!
