We are a warm, busy family seeking a caring, reliable teen caregiver to join us as our longtime babysitter transitions away. While our kids are teenagers, this role is still very much about enjoying kids, building relationships, and being a positive, consistent presence, not just running errands. Core responsibilities (20 hrs/week) include school pick-ups, driving to activities, helping teens stay on schedule, and being an engaged, supportive adult in their afternoons. Additional hours (up to 25-30 hrs/week) are available for optional household help such as meal prep, errands, laundry, or dog care. These tasks are flexible and not required. Must genuinely enjoy working with kids/teens, be organized and dependable, and have a reliable vehicle (AWD preferred). Mostly weekday afternoons but flexible on schedule.
