We are in search of a loving caregiver for our daughter, Juniper, starting in late May. She will be 6 months old (born late November 2025). We are flexible on the days we need but ideally we’d would have care for 8 hours each day, we would also be open to half days on Tuesday and Thursday, and full days Monday and Wednesday, or a variety of other iterations. Open to 8-4 or 8:30-4:30 as well. We live close to public transit so having a car/driving is not required, though we’d be comfortable with her being driven in one of our cars. We have ample driveway parking available. We’d love to find someone who can help around the house while she naps (dishes, laundry, general tidying, and would consider paying extra for preparing dinners). We are open to nanny shares, sharing care with another family who would want care the other days of the week, etc. and could help coordinate this. Our childcare needs may increase to 4 days each week in September as I increase my hours. We also have a daughter who is 3 and a half and may need to join her sister’s care occasionally for days off preschool, etc. for a higher hourly rate. Important to us: - someone who will become an integral part of our family & who will help us raise our daughter with love & affection, for the next 1.5-2+ years - fully attentive with our daughter, off their phone as much as possible - lots of energy to take our daughter out each day (park, library, music classes for kids, etc) - no screen time - facilitate her transition to solids with minimal processed food - supportive of exclusive breastfeeding & comfortable prepping human milk - ideally willing to work when our daughter/family is mildly ill (we also have a toddler in preschool!) - up for caring for our 3 year old when necessary, for additional hourly pay Please reach out if it seems like a good fit!Nanny job details
