About this nanny job

We are looking for a dependable, nurturing Spanish speaking caregiver for our child, with a strong focus on active learning and development. Our ideal caregiver is engaging, patient, and intentional about helping our child grow through structured play, reading, and hands on activities rather than screen time. We prefer minimal to no TV and value someone who will talk, teach, and interact throughout the day. A typical day includes guided play, learning activities, meals, naps, and outdoor time when possible. We want someone who encourages curiosity, communication, and movement. Spanish speaking is required. Knowledge of ASL is a plus but not required. You must be able to read and write in English. Reliability and consistency are very important to us as this is a long term position. **PANAMA SCHEDULE (not everyday) with some on call ** Must be able to pass background check and complete military ccyn requirements including holding cpr and first aid license
