About this nanny job

We are seeking a nurturing, experienced caregiver for our daughter, Sophia (who will be 3.5 months old). I work from home and I need a reliable partner to care for Sophia during my core meeting hours. We are looking for one nanny who will be with Sophia for a couple years. Primary Responsibilities • Newborn Care: Feeding (bottles of expressed milk), diapering, and following a consistent nap schedule. • Developmental Play: Engaging in age-appropriate activities like tummy time, reading, and sensory play to support her motor and cognitive skills. • Outdoor Time: Daily stroller/wearable walks around the neighborhood (weather permitting). • Communication: Maintaining a log (feedings, naps, diapers, activities) utilizing the woddle app so we can stay informed of her day. Baby-Related Chores (To be completed during naps) • Bottle Management: Washing, sanitizing, and prepping bottles for the next day. • Baby Laundry: Running, folding, and putting away Sophia’s clothes, burp clothes, and blankets • Nursery Upkeep: Keeping the changing station stocked and tidying the play area. • Tidying: Loading/unloading the dishwasher and wiping down kitchen surfaces used for baby prep. Qualifications • Experience: 3+ years of experience specifically with infants/newborns. • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certified (Infant-specific). • Reliability: Punctuality is critical as I have scheduled work at 10:00am • Personality: A calm, patient presence who is comfortable with a "work-from-home" parent in the house (although I will need to be completley hands off - unless there is an emergency) Home setup 2bed2bath townhome - My office is in the living room and Sophia's Nanny time will be utilized in her nursery and master bedroom with outdoor patio
