Hi there! We’re a family in Westchester (90045) looking for a part-time nanny and family assistant to help with our 6-year-old daughter. Pay will be competitive, based on experience and expertise. About our daughter: She is an absolute sweetheart — loving, well-behaved, and a joy to be around. She’s the kind of kid who will greet you with a hug, ask about your day, and want to include you in whatever she’s doing. What the role looks like: • Mornings: We work east coast hours, so helping her in the mornings, and helping our family stay organized on what she has going on at school is the main part of the role. Help get her ready for school — breakfast, getting dressed, packing her bag, and taking her to school (it can be in our car or hours whichever you prefer. Some mornings she likes to bike ride and we’re great with you taking one of our bikes for this • Most Fridays, and some other nights, we may also want help, includingPickup from school at 530ish or activities, bath time, bedtime routine. • Household support: Light cleaning, tidying up, laundry, (this would be done while Emma is getting ready or if she sleeps in a bit and then you could come back after deposit whenever works) and running errands as needed • Cleaning: We’d love for this person to also do a weekly deep clean of the house, which we’d pay for separately from the childcare. That said, if the nanny prefers not to, no problem at all — we’re happy to bring in someone else for the cleaning. Even if you can’t do all five weekdays we’re happy to discuss the specific days and hours that work for both sides.
