I’m looking for an experienced and trustworthy nanny who genuinely loves working with children and is passionate about helping them grow and develop every day. My ideal nanny is hands-on, attentive, and fully engaged — someone who listens carefully to my son, tries to understand his words and expressions, and encourages his learning through thoughtful, interactive activities. I provide activities and plans, and I’m looking for someone who will actively participate with him, not just supervise from the sidelines. Safety is a top priority, as my son is fearless and curious, so I need someone who is vigilant and proactive while allowing him to explore and learn. I plan meals, though some may require preparation or cooking, so basic kitchen skills are helpful. Reading is an important part of his day, so a nanny who enjoys sharing stories and books with him will fit in wonderfully. It’s also important that the nanny enjoys hands-on activities — arts, crafts, learning games, and guided play ,rather than just observing. My son thrives on engagement and interaction, and I want someone who can nurture that enthusiasm while helping him develop essential skills. We have a family dog, a friendly husky, who will be around, so comfort with pets is important. I’m looking for a caregiver who will be a positive, consistent presence in my son’s life, someone who values structure and fun equally, and who genuinely wants to see him grow, learn, and flourish each day.
