We’re a warm, supportive San Francisco family with a happy 9-month-old looking for a mother’s helper to join our routine a few days a week. Mom is home and hands-on — we’re looking for someone whose presence feels like relief, not another person to manage. If you’re the kind of caregiver who is naturally calm, attentive, and loves being around babies, we’d love to hear from you. Schedule • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday • 4 hours per day (flexible — mornings or afternoons). Additional hours available as needs grow Responsibilities • Prepare formula and support feeding routines • Engage with baby during awake windows — age-appropriate play, reading, and supervising an active crawler who is learning to stand • Baby-related dishes, laundry, and light food prep for solids • Light housekeeping — tidying up play areas and kitchen About Our Family Our baby is a fun, curious 9-month-old who is eating solids, working on new motor milestones such as crawling and standing. We follow a consistent daily routine and are thoughtful about sleep and feeding. We’re looking for someone who will feel like a natural extension of our family’s rhythm — not someone who needs a lot of direction. What We’re Looking For • Warmth and patience above all — we want someone whose energy is calming and nurturing • Infant experience (our baby is 9 months old, so familiarity with this age range is especially helpful) • Reliability and consistency — showing up matters to us • Must be up to date on vaccinations including COVID-19, Tdap, and flu • Background or coursework in child development, ECE, or nursing is a plus but not required • CPR certifiedNanny job details
