About this nanny job

Hello! Our family is new to the area (arriving from Colorado) and we’re looking for care for our 15 month old son, Vincent. Mom works outside the home, but dad works remote so will be home most days. Vince is a fun, easy-going kid who likes to dance, play outside, read books, go for walks and push any buttons he can find. He currently calls all animals ‘doggies’ and all vehicles “vroom vrooms’. Vince loves snacks, water play and making/ listening to music (wait till you see him head bang!) We think he is just the absolute best (completely unbiasedly of course). We’re looking for someone who can hang out with him full-time (roughly 9-5 Mon-Fri but we’ve got some flexibility). We need someone who doesn’t smoke and from a cat-free home (parent has a super severe cat hair allergy). You might be a a good match if you have experience with young toddlers, are OK with screen-free days, and like being outside/ aren’t afraid to get dirty. We’re in easy walking distance of two parks and our building has a pool so we’d love you to take advantage of those! Bonus points if you’ve got some CPR/ medical training or are a Spanish-speaker. We’d love to do a few trial days during our first couple weeks there (4/4-4/18) paid at $24/ hour and then work out a more permanent arrangement long-term, paid at about $1,000- $1,200 / week DOE.
