About this nanny job

I have a 3-year-old boy that I am looking for full time care for. I am not sure about exact hours at the moment, but roughly it would be from 7am-5-530 pm that I would need for care. He is very energetic and playful, and in his "three-nager" stage so that is something you would have to keep in mind. He will need breakfast/lunch/snacks throughout the day; If needed, I can prepare the breakfast and lunches beforehand. You are welcome to our kitchen as well. I will provide him dinner. I would like someone who is willing to spend time and play with him and maybe do some educational activities throughout the day as well as taking him outside to play when it is nice. I prefer to find someone to come to our home to watch him, as that is where he feels most comfortable. He naps for about 2 hours a day, and we lay him down between 1145-1 Pm depending on the time that he is up in the morning. He would more than likely sleep til about 8 am so you'd have that first hour to yourself, along when he is taking a nap. He usually naps for about 2 hours. I don't mind you watching tv or homework or being on your phone, but you would have to keep a good eye on him because he does like to get into things every once in a while. I don't mind him watching some TV, he usually does when he eats his meals, but not too excessive. We are currently trying to potty train him, so you would also have to keep that in mind. He wears diapers when he naps or sleeps, but any other time he is in pull ups.
