Professional WFH parents in Cole Valley are looking for a career-minded nanny with deep infant expertise to care for our son (4 months old in June). We are looking for a partner who isn't just a "sitter," but someone who truly loves the infant stage and is excited to support his developmental milestones. About us Our baby: A happy, healthy baby. In June, he will be transitioning into more active play and established wake windows. The Environment: We both work from home in upstairs offices. The nanny has full autonomy downstairs and in the neighborhood. We are "lunch break" parents, supportive and present for a quick hello, but we respect the nanny’s lead during work hours. Schedule & Compensation Hours: 8 hours a day Mon–Fri, with flexibility to establish a shared schedule, ex: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Rate: $35–$45/hour (paid via W-2) + Overtime Healthcare: ~$500/month tax-free Health Insurance Stipend (QSEHRA/ICHRA). Professional Growth: Free, unlimited access to Coursera for any certificates or personal learning you wish to pursue (learning during nap time is approved!) Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation plus paid additional vacation when we’re out of town, 5 days paid sick leave, and all major holidays paid. Key Responsibilities Bottle feeding/sanitizing, diapering, baby’s laundry, and keeping the nursery/downstairs play area tidy. At this age we follow a zero screen time policy. We value interactive play (tummy time, reading, music, sensory exploration). Help navigate milestones: nap transitions, wake windows, and future introduction of solids. Regular walks to local parks, the library, etc (once vaccinated!) Requirements TrustLine: Must be currently registered Certifications: Current Pediatric CPR and First Aid.
