Full-Time Infant Nanny Needed – Dardanelle / Russellville (Long-Term, M–F, 40 hrs) We are seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced dedicated full-time nanny for a long-term role caring for our 3-month-old son in our home in Dardanelle, AR. This position is primarily focused on infant care during normal weekday work hours. Both parents work from home in separate workspaces and are looking for someone who is comfortable managing the baby’s daily routine independently during the workday. We also have a toddler who is expected to begin daycare. However, there may be a short transition period where care for both children is needed before that transition. Long-term, this role is intended to remain primarily infant-focused. Schedule Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
40 guaranteed hours per week Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care for our infant Maintain consistent routines for feeding, naps, and play while engaging the baby in age-appropriate developmental activities Prepare and feed bottles and support the baby's feeding routine Wash bottles, baby dishes, and feeding items Keep up with baby laundry Maintain clean and organized baby areas (play, feeding, and sleep spaces) Restock basic baby supplies such as diapers, wipes, bottles, etc. as needed Communicate daily updates with parents This role includes baby-related tasks only and does not include heavy housekeeping or general household cleaning. Ideal Candidate Experience caring for infants (newborn–12 months) CPR / First Aid certified or willing to obtain Reliable transportation Non-smoker Comfortable with pets Dependable and interested in a long-term role Pay $14 – $16 per hour, based on experience Pay may be temporarily adjusted if caring for both children during the transition period. Start Date Late April / Early May (flexible) Our family currently has a nanny who cares for our toddler during the day. As our childcare needs shift this spring, we are planning ahead for a full-time nanny focused on caring for our infant. Our toddler is expected to transition to daycare, though there may be a short period where care for both children is needed during that transition. We value clear communication, reliability, and building a respectful long-term working relationship with our nanny.
