Full-Time Nanny Needed in San Francisco (3 Children, Infant Starting in November) We are a loving, busy family in San Francisco seeking a full-time nanny to care for our three children—two girls (ages 9 and 5) and a newborn arriving in July. Infant care responsibilities will begin in November and both older kids will be in full-day school. This is a long-term role for someone who is energetic, organized, nurturing, and thrives in a dynamic household. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:45 PM Occasional evenings, weekends, and overnights required (with advance notice) Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care for all three children Engage actively with the children—hands-on, playful, and comfortable getting on the floor Plan and participate in fun, engaging activities, including outdoor play, park time, and active movement Manage routines across different age groups (school-age and infant) School drop-offs/pickups and driving to activities Infant care beginning in November (feeding, naps, developmental support) Light household support related to the children (tidying play areas, kids’ meals, organization) Help maintain structure and calm in a busy, sometimes chaotic schedule Requirements CPR certified Strong experience with multiple age groups, including infants Valid driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record Highly observant, organized, and proactive Comfortable balancing the needs of different-aged children simultaneously Must be comfortable with grandparents being in the home periodically Ideal Candidate Calm, positive, and patient under pressure Naturally organized and detail-oriented Energetic, playful, and genuinely enjoys engaging with children Creative in planning activities and outings Able to anticipate needs and keep things running smoothly Flexible and reliable Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $40–$60/hour + overtime (in accordance with CA labor laws) Payroll position (paid legally via payroll) Competitive holiday package 2 weeks paid time off (PTO) Additional Details Location: San Francisco Start Date: Flexible (infant care begins in November) We’re looking for someone who will become a trusted, valued part of our family and create a warm, supportive environment for our children.
