Part-Time Nanny / Family Assistant (Infant + Toddler) Location: Outer Sunset, San Francisco Schedule: Wed & Thurs, 2:00–8:00 PM (12 hrs/week) Pay: $35–$40/hr (DOE) | W-2 A warm, organized family is seeking a part-time nanny / family assistant to support their home as they transition from one child to two (2.5-year-old + newborn). At least one parent is typically home in the evenings, and they’re looking for someone proactive, dependable, and positive who can help keep both the children and household running smoothly. Role Overview This is a hybrid role with ~50% childcare and ~50% household support. Early shift (no kids present): Laundry (wash, fold, organize) Tidying and home reset (kitchen, living areas) Meal prep for family and children Later shift (with kids): Daycare pickup (family vehicle provided) Supporting toddler + infant alongside parent Assisting with dinner, feeding, and cleanup Bath time and evening routines Light end-of-day reset Optional (nice-to-have): Morning help (7–9 AM, a few weekdays) Occasional evening/weekend support Travel 2–3x/year (expenses covered) Ideal Candidate Experience with infants and toddlers Proactive and takes initiative without being asked Organized and comfortable with household tasks Calm, reliable, and communicative Enjoys working alongside parents in a collaborative environment Requirements Valid driver’s license + clean record CPR/First Aid (or willing to update) Up-to-date vaccinations (infant in home) Authorized to work in the U.S. Willing to complete TrustLine (if needed) This is a great fit for someone who enjoys both childcare and creating a well-run home.
