We’re looking for a reliable, nurturing caregiver for our 5-year-old in our home. This is a long-term position, ideally for a couple of years as our child grows more independent. My husband works from home full-time and I’m in and out with a hybrid schedule. We’ll be homeschooling, so we’re looking for someone who can engage in outdoor and sensory play, encourage independence, help with simple learning activities, tidy up play areas, and create a safe, fun, and loving environment.
