About this nanny job

Hi, We are looking for a part-time nanny or nanny share for our good-natured, easy-going 11 month-old daughter. Our schedule is flexible, but I'd ideally like to find a nanny or a share for 25 hours/week. Our house in the Berkeley Hills is kid-friendly with a big backyard, and we would be happy to host a share here, or to swap between homes in the vicinity. We have a rambunctious but loving Australian Shepherd and my 11 year-old stepdaughter also lives with us, but will be in school during childcare hours. We are expecting another baby at the end of September and would want to add the baby to a share if possible after ~3-4 months (beginning of '27). We are looking for a nanny who is focused on outdoor activities, sensory exploration, creative play, and music. Our daughter has a strong nap schedule and routine, and we would like to find a share that also encourages this. Thanks so much, Claire
