About this nanny job

Three pickups a week, returning from Park Slope to Grand Army, including one date night for a curious 4.5 year old that is slow to warm up to new people. We're looking for caregivers to help us understand how a part time position not only works for them, but why they prefer it. (For example, you have a job or school in the mornings/early afternoons that isn't going away. We care most about having someone with a calm demeanor, someone who can independently make decisions (balancing the decision whether or not to get a cookie on the way home with knowing that dinner time is coming in 30 minutes). We like to give general guidance versus weighing in on every last small thing. Creators welcome as our daughter loves hard. Requires high energy for park play and lots of getting up and down to get to her level.
