About this nanny job

My husband and I are looking for a nanny for our two young girls, ages 2 years old and 3 months old. We are looking for someone that we can trust with their care while we handle our work schedules. We will both be home during the time that you are here, but we will be otherwise engaged. My husband works from home most days, and I am a nurse working the night shift at Rady’s so I will be sleeping during the day. I do love that we’ll both be here in case you need us for anything, but we’ll mostly be out of your way. We do have two dogs that we can place in the backyard if that makes you more comfortable. Ultimately, we want to find someone that we are comfortable with and that our daughters enjoy spending time with. Our toddler is very active and curious. She needs someone to engage with her and help with fundamental developmental milestones. Other typical child related chores will be required, such as diaper changes and meals.
