About this nanny job

We’re looking for a warm, engaging nanny/mother’s helper to assist with caring for our baby while I work from home. The ideal candidate is hands-on, attentive, and genuinely enjoys working with infants. Schedule: 9am - 3:30pm (flexible) **Baby takes one nap during shift ranges from 1 - 2hrs Responsibilities: Keep baby entertained, engaged, and safe during the day Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, games, and developmental play Assist during occasional outings (e.g., library visits, indoor playgrounds) — I will be present, but you’ll take the lead with baby care Support a positive, nurturing environment while I’m working nearby Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred Some college education, ideally in Early Childhood Education or Child Development CPR certified Prior experience with infants Creative, energetic, and proactive in planning activities We’re looking for someone reliable, kind, and excited to help our little one learn and grow!
