About this nanny job

I am currently looking for a caring, reliable babysitter to help care for my son while I work from home. The schedule would be approximately MondayFriday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 PM, with the possibility of extended hours depending on my workload. My son will be turning 2 on the 13th. He is at a fun, active, and curious stage, so Im looking for someone who is patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoys working with toddlers. I would strongly prefer someone who: - Speaks Spanish (bilingual is a plus) - Shares Christian values - Has prior experience caring for young children/toddlers - Is nurturing, trustworthy, and engaging Since I work from home, I will be present, but I need someone who can confidently take the lead in caring for him during those hours playing, engaging, and ensuring his safety.
