Full-Time Nanny Needed – Summit, NJ We are a warm and respectful family in Summit, NJ looking for a full-time nanny for our infant (currently 5 months old, will be 6 months at the start). Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fridays may be added later after summer, flexibility preferred) What we’re looking for: We value a balance of structure and fun. We’re looking for someone nurturing, engaging, and reliable who can maintain a consistent routine while keeping our baby happy and stimulated. Responsibilities include: • Full infant care (feeding, diapering, naps, soothing) • Maintaining routines (naps, feeding, walks, playtime) • Engaging in age-appropriate, development-focused activities • Preparing simple baby meals (as solids are introduced) • Baby laundry and organizing baby items • Light household chores (beyond baby-related tasks) Requirements: • Prior experience with infants • Knowledge of developmental milestones • Active and energetic; able to climb stairs multiple times a day • Able to take the baby out for walks daily • Sleep training experience is a plus • Pet-friendly • Reliable, punctual, and patient • CPR/First Aid preferred • References required We are looking for someone long-term who can become a trusted part of our family. Open communication and reliability are very important to us.
