About this nanny job

We’re a warm and loving family in Bethesda, MD looking for a live-in nanny to join our household. Our daughter is 3.5 years old with an outgoing personality, and we’re expecting a baby boy in August! We’d love for the right person to start by mid-June so everyone can settle in before the baby arrives. Position Details: • Type: Live-in (private bedroom with shared bath) • Start Date: By mid-June 2026 • Location: Bethesda, MD • Schedule: Monday–Friday with evenings and weekends off Responsibilities: • Caring for both children (newborn and toddler) • Age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, and enrichment for our daughter • Newborn care including feeding support, naps, and soothing • Housekeeping as time allows — laundry, meal prep, making beds, and tidying common areas • Driving to activities and appointments (family car provided) What We Offer: • Private bedroom in our home • Family car for child-related errands and activities • A supportive, respectful family environment • Consistent schedule with clear boundaries around time off Good to Know: • We have a friendly dog in the home Ideal Candidate: • Experience with both newborns and toddlers • Reliable, nurturing, and proactive • Valid driver’s license • Comfortable with light household tasks beyond childcare • Strong communicator who feels like part of the family We’d love to find the right person to grow with our family.
