About this nanny job

We're a work-from-home family in search of a warm, attentive nanny to care for our two little ones — a 2.5-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son. We've been so fortunate to have wonderful caregivers in the past, and we're hoping to find someone just as special to join our family. This position is 100% focused on childcare — we are not looking for a housekeeper. We simply ask that toys get tidied up after nap time, but dishes, laundry, and housework are never part of the job. Since we work from home, we're nearby and happy to pitch in when we can, but we want a nanny who feels confident and comfortable running the day independently. What we're looking for: Experience is preferred, especially with infants. Our son is at a stage that involves diaper changes, teething fussiness, nap schedules, and introducing new foods at lunch — so if you've navigated those milestones before, you'll hit the ground running. That said, we're genuinely open to motivated candidates who bring the right energy and enthusiasm, even if your resume is still growing. Our work environment: We believe your caregiver should feel like part of the family, not just an employee. Life happens — doctor's appointments, family needs, unexpected days — and we want someone who feels completely comfortable communicating openly with us. Flexibility goes both ways, and we mean that.
