We're Kunal & Nadine, based in San Francisco. We've been together for 15 wonderful years and love this city dearly. We are close to our families, value connection and laughter, and believe in building a true team with whoever joins our home. Our son Khai is 6.5 months old – an exceptionally easygoing, happy, and curious little boy who sleeps and eats beautifully and loves discovering the world every single day. Our sweet 15-year-old dog Penny is also very much part of the family. We are looking for someone who is kind, warm, organized, responsible, and highly communicative. Open and honest communication is one of our most deeply held values – we truly believe that with clear and caring dialogue, we can navigate anything together as a team. Day to day, caring for Khai means going on walks, engaging with his toys, making the most of his wake windows, and supporting his developmental milestones. He is the most precious thing in our lives, and it is deeply important to us that he is cared for with genuine warmth, patience, and positivity.
