We are hiring a friendly, outgoing Weekend Lemonade Stand Attendant to work at our farmers market locations in Topanga, Malibu, and Calabasas. This is a fun, high-energy role serving frozen slushy lemonade, including our popular color-changing lemonade that kids absolutely love, in a bright, eye-catching booth that draws a lot of families. Our menu includes slushy lemonade, monk fruit lemonade, Arnold Palmer, and orange juice, all served ice-cold and fast. The schedule is Friday from 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday from 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM, with pay starting at $30/hour and room to grow. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving drinks, offering samples, handling simple payments, and bringing a fun, welcoming vibe to every customer interaction. This job is perfect for someone with a nanny, babysitting, or childcare background who is naturally great with people, especially kids, and enjoys being social, upbeat, and engaging with families. You must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable standing for several hours. This is not a childcare job, but experience working with kids is a big plus since you’ll be interacting with them all day and helping create a fun experience around the stand.
