About this nanny job

We are seeking full time care for our daughters, 4 and 6 months old, and a long-term partnership with a nanny. Our toddler is bright, funny, caring and so fun to be around. We are really looking for an addition to our family in the long-term, as we will need childcare for the next 10+ years. We are seeking someone college educated, with 10 years of nannying experience. 48 hours is really a minimum commitment, we are looking for someone highly flexible with ability to come earlier / leave later as needed during the week as well as staying overnight in certain situations.
