About this nanny job

Hi! I’m looking for an experienced, reliable babysitter based in Santa Cruz to help care for my two daughters during my sister’s wedding week. I’m originally from Santa Cruz and will be in town for a series of events, so I’m hoping to find one consistent caregiver for the full schedule so my girls can feel comfortable. About the Kids: • 6-month-old baby • 2.5-year-old toddler Both are sweet, active, and used to being around caregivers. Schedule: • Wednesday, April 29: 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM (At my parents’ home on the Westside of Santa Cruz) • Thursday: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Rehearsal dinner/welcome party — care at our hotel suite near the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk) • Friday (Wedding Day): 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM This day will include a mix of locations and responsibilities: • Watching the girls at the house while we take photos • Coming to the ceremony (Holy Cross Church) to help hold the baby and assist with my toddler (flower girl) if needed • Returning to the hotel suite afterward to hang with the girls and put them down for the night What I’m Looking For: • Significant childcare experience (ideally nannying multiple children) • Comfortable caring for both an infant and toddler at the same time • Flexible, patient, and proactive • Able to adapt to a busy, event-filled environment Driving is not required. Additional Notes: Because this is a more involved and unique setup, I’ll be requesting references. I’d also love to connect over FaceTime ahead of time to get to know you and walk through the week in more detail.
